My Mom turned 50 last weekend and I made a cake. I like baking and cooking and all those other domestic things but I'm not neat when I tear it up in the kitchen. Nope, not even a little bit. I will never, ever post one of those step my step cooking posts because then no one will eat my delicious food. But just so I make all those other people in the blog world who don't have subway tile or granite counters or the ability not to spill feel like they are not alone, here is my post cake kitchen.
By the way, I had not even started the frosting yet.
But the cake turned out pretty and so did the party.
i create a tornado zone when im in the kitchen. it's so much easier when the hubs cooks.
