Who has a party to go to?

All my invites are for more casual affairs, but I'm seriously considering shelling out some cash for a fundraiser so I can buy this. Anyone else out there need a party dress? Someone should own this vintage gem. Scalloped edges? check. Butt ruffles? check. Exposed back? Check, check, check!!! I can just picture myself floating around in this.
